Canadian Genealogy Centre -- A project of the National Archives of Canada, the National Library of Canada, Canadian Heritage and other partners that offers "single-window access" to all genealogical resources in Canada.

 

1906 Western Census -- The 1906 Census of the Northwest Provinces (Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba). These records are accessible on the same unrestricted basis as the census for 1901 and earlier. This census is not searchable by family name. However, you can search by province, district name, district name and sub-district name. You can also see digitized images of the original microfilm records.
